I was getting bored knitting blue over and over in my sweater so started a scarf project as well. I usually have 2 or more projects going at a time. I am in love with this yarn!

Adventure into Acrylic Pour Painting
I have found a new craft to try. It is called Acrylic Pour Painting. I have tried to do this twice already. The first one was okay but did not produce cells (Example of cells in acrylic pour painting, the website is Crossings based in Minnesota). The second one I did, did not produce cells either but I accidentally messed it up by trying to move the painting when it was not done drying.
I will be selling pour paintings very soon on my Etsy store. I will post on my Blue Firefly Crafts Facebook Business Page when I will be selling these types of paintings.
The first pour painting, the top one is after I finished pouring and the bottom is the dried finished version. |
This would have been the second pour painting, had I not ruined it by trying to move the painting. |

Today's Knitting Pattern
Today's knitting pattern is a 1940's Lady's Cardigan from England. It would cost a woman 3 coupons to get the yarn to make her cardigan. I always wonder what color the yarn is that they used when the picture is in b/w. So enjoy and have a happy crafting day!!
